What can Repair Mate diagnose?
General household repairs (leaks, dead outlets, drywall holes, running toilets) and specific appliances (washers, microwaves, dishwashers, TVs). Repair Mate is not a substitute for licensed gas, electrical-panel, structural, or roofing work — it will explicitly flag those situations and recommend a professional.
How accurate are the verdicts?
Repair Mate uses a multimodal AI model and is most accurate when you give it a clear photo and a brief description. Each verdict includes a confidence note when the signal is low; you can always send a follow-up photo or ask a clarifying question on the same repair.
How much does it cost?
Repair Mate Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: Yearly at $39.99/year or Weekly at $4.99/week. There is no free trial in this version — you can preview a verdict before subscribing, and the full fix steps unlock after purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, find Repair Mate, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period. Auto-renewal can be turned off any time at least 24 hours before the period ends.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open Repair Mate, go to the You tab, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
How do I delete my data?
Open Repair Mate, go to the You tab, and tap Erase all data. This is a local-only reset — repairs are stored on your device, not on a server. It does not cancel an active Apple subscription; manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings.
What devices are supported?
Repair Mate runs on iPhone with iOS 18.0 or later. iPad and Mac are not officially supported in this version.
