What can Repair Mate diagnose?
General household repairs (leaks, dead outlets, drywall holes, running toilets) and specific appliances (washers, microwaves, dishwashers, TVs). Repair Mate is not a substitute for licensed gas, electrical-panel, or structural work — it will explicitly flag those situations and recommend a professional.
How accurate are the verdicts?
Repair Mate uses a multimodal AI model and is most accurate when you give it a clear photo and a brief description. Each verdict includes a confidence note when the signal is low; you can always send a follow-up photo or ask a clarifying question on the same repair.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, find Repair Mate, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my data?
Open Repair Mate, go to the You tab, and tap Erase all data. This is a local-only reset — it does not cancel an active Apple subscription. Manage subscriptions in iPhone Settings (see above).
What devices are supported?
Repair Mate runs on iPhone. Minimum iOS version: TBD.
